Responsibilities of the Set up Operator
Operate and set up production machinery for the 2nd shift, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Commit to flexible overtime as needed to support production demands.
Requirements of the Set up Operator
Ability to move around the production floor and sit or stand for the entire shift, based on production needs.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a similar role or related training is preferred.
Willingness to wear safety glasses and hearing protection during shifts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work overtime, including Saturdays, as required.
Compensation/Benefits for the Set up Operator
$22.00/HR
