Slitter Associate
Responsibilities:
Complete onboarding training, including card recognition
Follow all safety procedures and know how to stop the machine in an emergency
Maintain a clean and organized work area around the slitter line
Collect finished product from the slitter and inspect for quality, material accuracy, and visual defects
Place inspected cards into proper packaging containers per job jacket instructions
Label and load finished products onto pallets for transport
Assist with basic mechanical adjustments when needed
Report non-conforming materials or equipment issues to operator/line lead
Follow all quality standards, recycling procedures, and safety guidelines
Adhere to company policies, security protocols, SOPs, work instructions, and ISO requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
