We are seeking driven and experienced Territory Development Sales Representatives to build and grow strategic partnerships within an assigned territory. In this role, you will act as a brand consultant, helping clients understand how premium apparel solutions can elevate their customer experience and brand positioning.
This position targets mid-sized to enterprise-level businesses across industries such as sports, entertainment, travel, hospitality, and corporate organizations.
This is a hunter role focused on building a territory from the ground up through proactive prospecting and relationship development. Success is measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified opportunities and develop long-term brand partnerships—not transactional sales.
With biannual seasonal product launches, you will maintain regular touchpoints with your network, introduce new collections, and identify evolving opportunities to support client brand goals.
This is a full-time salary + commission role with uncapped commission, reporting to the Director of Sales. Approximately 10–15% travel within your assigned territory is required.
Build a territory from scratch through consistent outbound prospecting across sports, entertainment, corporate, and hospitality sectors
Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover challenges related to apparel sourcing and brand presentation
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with premium product capabilities and present tailored solutions
Negotiate and close deals while setting clear expectations for next steps and fulfillment
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients by proactively introducing new collections and identifying expansion opportunities
Partner with Sales Support and internal teams to deliver a high-touch, white-glove customer experience
Stay informed on industry trends and client needs to position the company as a strategic apparel partner
Continuously learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative, results-driven sales team
2+ years of prospecting-heavy sales experience with a proven ability to build a territory from limited existing relationships
B2B sales experience preferred; wholesale or apparel-related sales a plus
Resilient, positive, and comfortable handling rejection and longer sales cycles
Self-motivated and proactive with a track record of converting cold prospects into long-term clients
Strong relationship-building, questioning, and listening skills
Comfortable with activity-based performance metrics (outreach, discovery calls, pipeline development)
Experience in solution-based selling environments
CRM experience and strong technical aptitude (Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; Zoho a plus)
Ability to travel approximately 10% and work effectively in a remote, territory-based sales model
Preferred experience or knowledge of apparel, garment construction, screen printing, or design
