UV Print Machine Operator
Do you enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and have experience operating an UV printer? Masis Staffing is partnering with a leading power distribution manufacturer to find an UV Print Machine Operator for a weekend shift position in Faribault, MN.

Shift Available: Friday through Sunday
5:00am-5:30pm

Requirements for the UV Print Machine Operator position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Minimum of 3 months hands-on experience operating a UV printer
• Ability to read instructions, operate machinery safely, and visually inspect finished parts
• Strong attention to accuracy, quality, and meeting deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English

Responsibilities for the UV Print Machine Operator position:

• Set up UV printing equipment by loading inks, calibrating print heads, and adjusting machine settings based on job requirements
• Load, align, and secure printing substrates to ensure accurate and consistent output
• Operate UV printers and related automated equipment, entering job instructions through computer-based controls
• Inspect printed materials throughout production to ensure color accuracy, print quality, and adherence to specifications
• Monitor feeding, printing, engraving, and racking processes to maintain proper operating conditions and identify issues
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, replacing consumables, and troubleshooting minor problems
• Manage color profiles and calibration to ensure consistent color reproduction
• Organize and prioritize print jobs to meet production deadlines
• Follow all company and industry safety standards while operating equipment
• Track production data, machine settings, scrap, and maintenance records using Epicor and other documentation tools
• Collaborate with supervisors, designers, quality personnel, and other team members to support smooth workflow
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure proper equipment operation and product quality
• Monitor inventory levels of inks, substrates, and supplies to avoid downtime
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

Compensation: $20.51
