MIG Welder – Up to $28/hr – Phoenix, AZ

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Pay: Up to $28/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday + Every Other Friday
Hours: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced MIG Welder for a growing custom fabrication company in Phoenix that has proudly serviced customers nationwide since 2005. We are looking for dependable welders who can hit the ground running and are confident working with steel, stainless, and aluminum in a fabrication environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Measure, cut, and fit materials to precise specifications
Inspect weld quality and troubleshoot welding issues
Assist with jig and fixture setup/builds
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

1–2+ years of MIG welding experience
Experience with metal core welding preferred
Strong understanding of GMAW welding processes
Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures and precision tools
TIG welding experience is a plus
Fabrication, jig, or fixture experience is a plus
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Team-player attitude with willingness to learn
