Dear Partner,

Masis Staffing Solutions is embarking on a journey. This journey will bring with it changes in the
ways, we as a company conduct our daily business, to better ensure the safety of our associates and
your employees. We are asking for your assistance in helping us make this a successful journey.

As part of this endeavor, we are implementing a standardized procedure for the reporting and the
medical treatment of our employees’ injuries. Our Business Development Managers, Service
Managers and/or Recruiters will be asking you to please see that this standardized process is adhered
to and followed whenever possible. They will be asking that our employees receive medical
treatment at a Preferred Medical Provider and that all injuries and illnesses are reported in 24 hours
or less.

In addition, we will periodically conduct reviews of our employees working and their workstations
in an effort to ensure that we are compliant with OSHA standards. We have also developed a Job
Safety Analysis (JSA) for each task that is staffed by our employees, so that our employees can be
better educated and prepared for their assignment with your company.

Please keep in mind that with our partnership we share a responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy
environment for all of our employees. We look forward to our relationship and working together in
building a world-class safety program.
