Associate Attorney (Real Estate) Overview:
A large Salt Lake City-based law firm is actively seeking a qualified Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional with demonstrated experience in commercial real estate and land use planning who is looking to advance their career in a collaborative and well-established environment.
Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
Represent clients in matters related to the acquisition, disposition, development, management, and leasing of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties.
Advise on land use planning and zoning issues, including permitting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and transactional documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex real estate transactions and client matters.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing strategic legal advice and managing expectations.
Associate Attorney Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
4–7 years of law firm experience focusing on commercial real estate and land use planning.
Admitted to the Utah Bar or willing to become a member of the Utah Bar.
Proven ability to handle a broad range of real estate matters independently and efficiently.
