Associate Attorney (Real Estate) Overview:
A large Salt Lake City-based law firm is actively seeking a qualified Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional with demonstrated experience in commercial real estate and land use planning who is looking to advance their career in a collaborative and well-established environment.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in matters related to the acquisition, disposition, development, management, and leasing of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Advise on land use planning and zoning issues, including permitting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and transactional documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex real estate transactions and client matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing strategic legal advice and managing expectations.

Associate Attorney Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 4–7 years of law firm experience focusing on commercial real estate and land use planning.
• Admitted to the Utah Bar or willing to become a member of the Utah Bar.
• Proven ability to handle a broad range of real estate matters independently and efficiently.
