Are you a meticulous individual with a knack for precision and a love for hands-on work? Our client is seeking a dedicated Mixer to join their dynamic production team. This role involves working with adhesive products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Mixer
Fill syringes, cartridges, and bags with glue/adhesive products following company procedures.
Ensure accurate weight/volume during filling to meet production and quality standards.
Label and package filled items according to specifications.
Monitor inventory of glue materials and notify supervisor when refills are needed.
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Follow safety procedures when handling adhesives and equipment.
Inspect filled products for leaks, contamination, or other defects.
Assist with equipment setup, basic maintenance, and changeovers.
Record production data and batch information as required.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Requirements of the Mixer
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
