Shift: Monday to Friday 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler for a 1st shift position in Goodyear, AZ. This role involves assembling product components using hand tools, inspecting for defects, and maintaining quality standards. 

Responsibilities of the Assembler:

• Assemble product components using hand tools and fixtures according to work instructions

• Visually inspect for defects such as scratches, dents, or misaligned components

• Use a computer to follow schedules, view instructions, scan parts, and log inventory

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and quality control guidelines

• Perform additional tasks as needed
   

Requirements of the Assembler:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours/day)

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, squatting, twisting, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Basic computer skills required.

• Ability to follow strict attendance policies.

• 1-year prior assembly or manufacturing experience required.

• Experience with hand tools is a must.
• Must complete a background check and drugscreen.

Compensation for the Assembler: 

• Temp Pay: $18.00/hour
• Full-Time Hire: $23.85/hour, increasing to $24.35/hour after 30 days
• Overtime & quarterly bonuses available upon hire
