We are currently hiring for an Assembler for a local manufacturing companies based out of Peterborough, NH! 

Flexible 1st shift opportunity, with pay rate of $17 an hour!  

What will you do:  Connect parts into more complex components. Ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for final product. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision. You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. The ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics, etc., and follow them with precision is extremely important. The goal is to produce complex outputs by putting together smaller components. 

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test hose in accordance with NFPA requirements.
• Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.
• Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
• Take precision measurements to ensure the perfect fit of components
• Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications.
• Align material and put togeher parts to build more complex units.
• Check output to ensure the highest quality
• Keep a detailed and accurate count of your production
• Meet production goals on a daily basis
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Maintain working areas clean
• Keep records of production quantities and time.
• Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when needed
• Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures.
