Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Location: Surprise, AZ
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Utility Grinder to join our finishing team. This position is responsible for grinding plastic materials, sorting and dumping bags, and assisting machine operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have prior manufacturing experience and a strong work ethic.
Operate grinding equipment to process plastic materials.
Sort and dump bags of materials (must be able to lift up to 40–50 lbs).
Assist machine operators with daily tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow safety protocols, including the use of hearing protection in a loud environment.
Stand, bend, push, and lift throughout the shift.
Operate forklifts if certified (forklift experience is a plus).
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
Comfortable working in a loud, industrial environment.
Able to stand, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
