Job Title: Solutions Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Solutions Assembly Technician to join our fast-paced production team focused on industrial automation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing small electrical assemblies, interpreting schematics, and working with hand tools and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small electrical components according to work instructions.

• Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and schematics.

• Operate tools and equipment such as wire cutters and label printers.

• Communicate effectively with the shop lead regarding project needs or potential issues.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of assembly tools and electrical components.

• Strong communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn and work as part of a team.

Work Environment:

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
