Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the injection molding industry? Our client is seeking dedicated Machine Operators and Packers for all three shifts, with a focus on the 2nd shift. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity to work with a leader in producing high-quality, custom-designed plastic products for diverse markets such as Healthcare, Luxury & Beauty, Consumer Goods, Packaging, and Automotive.
Responsibilities of the Production
Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure efficient production.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Package products according to client standards and requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements of the Production
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Compensation/Benefits for the Production $16.50
