Responsibilities of the Machine Operator
Operate and change over production line equipment, including filler, capper, labeler, case packer, and palletizer.
Read work orders and verify supplies such as bottles, caps, and labels.
Monitor production rates and equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation.
Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.
Requirements of the Machine Operator
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of manufacturing experience, with a preference for food industry experience.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
English fluency, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs is a plus.
Compensation/Benefits for the Machine Operator $18 to $22
