Masis Staffing is seeking a MIG Welder for a well-established organization that has been servicing all 50 states since 2005. The company specializes in building a variety of products and custom fabrication. They offer a strong culture and working environment in a smaller-sized company. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with Core hours being Monday to Thursday E/o Friday from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities of the MIG welder:

• Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless materials.
• Use precision measuring tools to measure and cut materials to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints accurately.
• Troubleshoot welding deficiencies and suggest corrective actions.
• Assist in jig and fixture builds.

Requirements of the MIG Welder:

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience.
• 1+ years of metal core welding experience.
• In-depth knowledge of GMAW welding process.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• TIG welding experience is a plus.
• Jig and fixture build experience is a plus.
• Dependable, motivated, team-player.

Compensation of the MIG Welder:

• $25 – 28.00/hour, based on experience and technical skills
