General Labor – Conduit Bender

Schedule: Monday to Thursday E/o Friday 5:30am to 3:30pm

South Phoenix, AZ

Masis Staffing is seeking a Conduit Bender for a Fabrication Shop. The company specializes in building a variety of products and custom fabrication. They offer a strong culture and working environment in a smaller-sized company. 

Responsibilities of the General Laborer:

• Apply knowledge of geometry and mathematical formulas to calculate angles, offsets, saddles, and bends with precision.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings to complete projects to specifications.
• Cut, thread, ream, and assemble conduit and fittings as needed.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Adhere to all shop safety policies and procedures.

Requirements of the General Laborer:

• Proven experience bending and fabricating conduit in an industrial, electrical, or fabrication environment.
• Strong understanding of geometry, angles, and measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Skilled in the use of conduit bending equipment (manual, hydraulic, or electric).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Must pass a Geometry test. 

Compensation of the General Laborer:

• $24.00 an hour/weekly pay
