Are you ready to shape your future in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Molding Operator to join their team in Northborough, MA. As a Molding Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality molded components while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities of the Molding Operator

Operate molding machines to manufacture components with precision and efficiency.
Work on the production floor, including boxing products for shipment.
Perform mathematical conversions and read routers (work orders) to ensure detailed accuracy.
Operate mill or calendar equipment as required.
Actively support our client's Quality, Safety, and Environmental Programs.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Requirements of the Molding Operator

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 100 lb. bins.
Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, and move about the facility.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Molding Operator.

Compensation/Benefits for the Molding Operator

$17.65 hourly
6am to 2:30pm
