Responsibilities as an Electronic Quality Inspector:
• Electronic Quality Inspector will perform visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections of electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and final assemblies.
• Responsible for Interpretation and work from blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Electronic Quality Inspector will also Identify documents, and report non-conformances or deviations from specifications.
• Collaboration with to resolve quality issues as presented.
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate inspection records and reports.
• Verify adherence to safety regulations and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
• Support internal audits, and any other documentations as needed.
• Electronic Quality Inspector will take part in programs on improvement to raise the effectiveness of the inspection and the caliber of the final product.
Requirements of an Electronic Quality Inspector:
• Electronic Quality Inspector will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic inspection, quality control, or electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency with IPC-A-610 standards (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) is preferred.
• Knowledge reading technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and component datasheets.
• Familiarity with common inspection tools and test equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills required.
• Electronic Quality Inspector needs to present the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical work demands as Electronic Quality Inspector:
• Work is typically performed in a manufacturing or lab environment.
• May require prolonged periods of sitting or standing as an Electric Quality Inspector.
• Use of magnification equipment and fine tools is frequent.
• Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs.
Compensation as an Electronic Quality Inspector:
• Starting wage $20.00 may varies depending on the experience.
