Final Assembly Technician – Construction Trucks & Water Tanks
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

We’re hiring a Final Assembly Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturer in Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with mechanical assembly or truck mechanic experience who takes pride in reliable, quality work.
Key Responsibilities of Final Assembly Technician:
Assemble and install mechanical components on construction trucks and water tank systems
Use hand and power tools to perform mechanical, electrical, and structural assembly tasks
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate builds
Conduct quality checks and make minor repairs or adjustments as needed
Operate safely around heavy equipment and overhead cranes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications of Final Assembly Technician:
Proven experience in mechanical assembly, truck maintenance, or related field
Familiarity with electrical wiring, hydraulic systems, and mechanical systems
Experience operating an overhead crane is a plus
Must be dependable, punctual, and demonstrate good job stability
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work throughout the day
Must have own tools required for mechanical assembly
Compensation of Final Assembly Technician:
$20.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
