We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Specialist to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This role is vital in ensuring consistent, high-quality support to key multinational clients operating in highly controlled and regulated environments. You will be the bridge between internal teams and customers, responsible for managing orders, resolving queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with both new and existing customers.
Manage customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Process customer requests and purchase orders accurately in internal systems, ensuring all necessary details are included.
Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to resolve issues, fulfill orders, and relay information efficiently.
Perform tasks such as order entry, order tracking, data input, and stock reporting using inventory management systems.
Generate and distribute reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and manage lead times, providing timely updates to customers and team members.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to handle regular, urgent, or customized orders requiring special handling (e.g., kitting or assembly).
Identify and escalate issues or process inefficiencies that may impact service, inventory, or delivery performance.
Gain product knowledge and understand the customer's operational needs and environment.
Support client-facing colleagues by providing the necessary information and assistance to ensure superior service delivery.
Previous experience in a customer service or order management role, ideally within a technical or regulated industry.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Proactive in identifying customer needs and providing timely, effective solutions.
Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
