Job Title: Buyer & Sourcing Specialist
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Key Responsibilities:

Source products and suppliers to fulfill customer inquiries
Provide technical product support to sales and customers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules
Identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities
Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations
Manage tenders and support contract negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sourcing strategies
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

Qualifications:

4+ years’ experience or relevant qualification in supply chain or sourcing
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Experience with industrial/MRO products preferred
Proficient in MS Office; SAP ERP experience desirable
Organized, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
