Masis Staffing is looking for a skilled and motivated individuals to fill a Machine Operator position, these positions are in Milford, NH.

Responsibility for a Machine operator:

Machine Operator will Mechanically set up line including installation of appropriate tooling and all auxiliary line equipment needed to produce varying cable designs described in the process instructions.
Consistently monitors the supply of raw material to ensure continuous operation.
Machine Operator will perform required measurements with company approved measuring devices to ensure
Verifies the measuring devices are calibrated.
Machine Operator will visually inspect neutral spools for damaged wires.
Performs cold welds of bare neutral wires to maintain spool operation.
Machine Operator will maintain accurate record keeping of all pertinent information, including work center records.
Takes corrective action to ensure quality product.
Participates in scheduled team meetings and contributes to continuous improvement.
Participates in maintaining ISO certification.
Adheres to applicable System Level Procedures (SLPs) and Process Controls

Requirements for Machine Operator

Machine Operator must have ability to pay attention to detail
Training will be held on different schedules depending on Machine
Must be able to pass Background/Drug Test
Must have resume
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (2 people on occasion)
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, etc.)to meet key performance indicators
Machine Operator must have ability to use hand tools
Strong work ethic with ability to work independently or in a team environment
Must be able to always follow all safety

Compensation for Machine Operators
Hourly: $18.58-$22.07
Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-7:00pm
