We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer / Financial Controller to lead our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
Controller Responsibilities:

Establish the organization’s funding requirements.
Co-create a compelling financial narrative and pitch deck.
Lead Capital Raises / Participate in Roadshows and Investor Pitches.
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
Manage budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Controller Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience in a financial controller role or similar capacity within a corporate finance environment.
Proven experience with fund raising and investor relations.

Controller Compensation:

Salary of $100K
Variable income
