Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Gilbert, AZ

Summary:

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for reading work orders and assembling trucks within the allotted time by coordinating work within the department and with other departments. This role also involves reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor and responding to inquiries or requests for information.

Essential Duties:

· Perform a variety of duties to support the assembly department, including:

· Assist in assembling trucks using basic tools and following instructions.

· Clock in and record job numbers.

· Communicate any issues to the supervisor and parts attendant.

· Operate an overhead crane.

· Work with a partner.

· Coordinate work tasks with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth flow of information, parts, and procedures.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.

· Ability to read and interpret work orders and assembly instructions.

· Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment.

· Ability to operate an overhead crane.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation/Benefits:

$20.00 to 25.00 per hour depending on experience.
