Machine Maintenance Tech-Operator
Holliston, MA

Join our team as a Machine Maintenance Tech-Operator in Holliston, MA! You’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and operate industrial machinery while assisting with facility upkeep. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement in a recycling environment. You’ll also handle and document electronic waste, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities for the Machine Maintenance Tech-Operator

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Perform regular preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
Assist in maintaining the facility and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance accurately.
Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and emergencies.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications for the Machine Maintenance Tech-Operator:

Previous experience in machine maintenance, equipment operation, or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.

Compensation/Benefits for the Machine Maintenance Tech-Operator:
Salary Starts $22.00 BOE
