We are currently looking for a Quick Picker Lead to fill full-time positions for all shifts with a company in Bethlehem, PA.

Responsibilities

Oversee entire “Quick Pick” department (9-14 employees) including order packers/closers from start to finish

Ensure all members of department are following picking and packing SOPs

Navigate WMS to ensure orders are being processed in a timely manner and all work units are being processed and completed

Work closely with HomeCare department lead to utilize shared resources and move associates to highest volume sections

Track associate productivity and provide coaching when needed

Utilize Microsoft outlook and teams to effectively communicate with other members of the leadership team and inventory control team

Undergo training for inventory management to solve minor inventory issues to ensure smooth department operation and workflow

Document and report issues and positives to supervisors

Track warehouse supplies usage for department and report needs to supervisors

Maintain a harmonious work environment and immediately report hostile work environment issues to supervisors

Ensure department cleanliness and organization standards are met

Verify “priority” orders are being processed following outlines for specific customers/areas

Ensure all employees are following TwinMed safety policies, procedures, and practices

Ensure all employees are following TwinMed handbook policies

Assist in cross training all associates in department to cover tasks both within department and across departments in the building
