Responsibilities of the Machine Operator

Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure proper function and production flow.
Perform basic adjustments and troubleshooting to maintain consistent machine performance.
Read, interpret, and follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate production records, counts, and reports as required.
Inspect products for quality and compliance with company standards.
Ensure equipment and work areas are kept clean and organized.
Follow all food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements of the Machine Operator

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
Technical or mechanical aptitude required; previous experience operating production machinery preferred.
Ability to read and write ( portuguese and spanish)
Basic math skills, including the ability to convert measurements.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
Must be available to work 12-hour shifts and Saturdays (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday schedule).
Comfortable working in a cold environment (pack off area).

Compensation/Benefits for the Machine Operator

Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
