Masis Staffing is looking for Machine Operators to join our team working at our client facility in Charlotte, NC. The Fabricator will safely control various equipment involved in processing customized orders for various Machine usage and the Automobile industry.

Job Details for Machine Operators

Salary- Starting at $17 an hour
Shift- Monday- Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm

Job responsibilities for Machine Operators

Measures and “welds /press” the belting in accordance with customer requirements and specifications.
Can be taught to reads and understands drawings
Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area and is responsible for the housekeeping of the general area around the machine’s including sweeping the floor

Job Requirements for Machine Operators

Great Attitude
High reach forklift experience
Timing belt type product
Welding using heat press
MUST have experience in Fabricating or can be trained to work in a small machine Shop
Must know calibrations and measurements
Must have relevant resume.
