Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in products? Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join their team in Danvers, MA. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of products by monitoring and testing to meet stringent quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities of the Quality Control

Perform inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Conduct routine microbiological and chemical testing on products to identify any potential hazards or deviations.
Monitor production lines to ensure that processes are in compliance with GMPs and HACCP standards.
Record and analyze data from inspections and tests, documenting any non-conformance and communicating findings to the Quality Control Manager.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to improve product quality and safety.
Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Investigate quality issues and collaborate with production teams to resolve any non-conformances or discrepancies.
Conduct regular sanitation checks to ensure the production environment meets food safety standards.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing data and documentation as required.
Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures, food safety regulations, and proper documentation.

Requirements of the Quality Control

Experience in food safety and quality assurance.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Strong analytical skills for data recording and analysis.
Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and training staff.
Ability to work collaboratively with production teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and customer specifications.
