Masis Staffing is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Operators for our client, on the 1st shift. This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production, aligned with the industry’s highest standards. If you are safety-focused, organized, and skilled in machine operations, this position could be an excellent fit for you.

Responsibilities of the Operators:

Adhere to all company safety and quality policies to maintain a safe production environment.
Follow established ISO work instructions to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Perform assigned tasks using specified machinery and equipment within the designated time.
Complete and monitor all required documentation for pulp operations.
Maintain an organized work area, keeping materials readily available and adhering to 5S standards.
Oversee and manage all functions of mechanical operations.
Operate machinery and equipment per manufacturer guidelines to ensure safe and efficient production.

Requirements of the Operators:

Prior experience in machine operation or a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of ISO standards and 5S principles.
Ability to strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with equipment functions.

Compensation of the Operators:

$21 hourly
5am to 5:30pm (rotating days – 2 days in, 2 days out)
