Position Summary:
2^nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
We are looking for an experienced individual to handle the setup, operation, and maintenance of specialized production equipment used in the creation of custom printed materials. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality output while ensuring all production and safety standards are met.

Schedule:
Full-time position with working hours and shift details to be shared during the interview process.

Core Responsibilities:

Run complex equipment used in the production of printed items, following job-specific instructions and quality benchmarks.
Conduct continuous checks throughout the process to monitor output and flag any inconsistencies or quality concerns.
Manage press setup and operation, including handling materials, aligning visuals, and adjusting ink levels and print registration.
Clean and maintain production tools, stations, and surrounding work areas in line with internal safety and cleanliness protocols.
Accurately record production data and complete required job documentation.
Collaborate with shift leaders and team members to meet daily performance targets.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on workload and operational needs.

What You’ll Bring:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience operating flexographic or similar printing machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Familiarity with workflow tools and process documentation.
Comfort with basic measurements and production math.
Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
Strong attention to visual detail and ability to discern color and registration variances.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and maneuver materials with pallet jacks.
Willingness to work on your feet, handle repetitive tasks, and perform physical motions such as bending, stretching, and reaching.
Compliance with pre-employment screenings is required.
