Industrial Painter and Blaster
Location: Stoughton, MA
Join a team that values precision, craftsmanship, and quality. This hands-on role involves preparing, blasting, and painting metal components for a variety of industrial applications. Candidates with press brake experience are highly preferred, though strong painters and blasters are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and clean metal parts using sandblasting and other abrasive techniques.
Apply coatings such as enamel, epoxy, and urethane using sprayers, rollers, or brushes.
Mix paints and coatings to achieve the correct color, texture, and consistency.
Inspect finished work to ensure coating thickness and quality meet standards.
Maintain and clean blasting and painting equipment, including hoses and spray guns.
Operate forklifts or cranes to move materials and finished parts safely.
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Assist with press brake operations and general fabrication as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in industrial painting, blasting, or metal fabrication.
Press brake experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to read and follow blueprints and job specifications.
Understanding of coating materials and application methods.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety.
Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $30 to $32 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
