Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will set up, program, and operate CNC lathes to produce high-precision components based on detailed engineering drawings. This position requires expertise in tight-tolerance machining, multi-axis lathe operations, and in-process quality control in a high-mix, low-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up, and operate multi-axis CNC lathes using G/M code.
Read and interpret complex technical drawings, GD&T, and CAD models.
Perform first-article and in-process inspections using precision tools.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments for optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
6+ years of experience in CNC lathe setup and operation.
Proficient in reading and editing G/M code programs.
Experienced with Multi-Axis Lathes
Strong knowledge of tooling, workholding, and CNC machining processes.
Skilled in using precision measurement tools (micrometers, indicators, etc.).
