Responsibilities of the Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Operate and monitor manual to fully automatic machinery to produce twisted wire brushes.
Ensure quality control by inspecting products and making necessary adjustments.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements of the Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Ability to move around the production floor and sit or stand for the entire shift.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Willingness to wear safety glasses and hearing protection during shifts.
Flexibility to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed.
