What You'll Do:

Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials and finished goods
Help transport raw materials and products throughout the facility
Assist with inventory moves and staging to support production schedules
Maintain accurate records of all materials received and dispatched
Adhere to all safety protocols and report any equipment issues promptly
Support general warehouse tasks as needed to ensure operational excellence

Required Skills:

Prior forklift operating experience with certification preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during daytime hours
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance coupled with a strong work ethic

Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Experience in inventory control or logistics
Additional certifications related to warehouse safety or equipment operation

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Other Requirements:

Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
Commitment to safety and accuracy in all tasks
