Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and efficiency? Our client is seeking a dedicated Sorter/Utility to join their vibrant team during the 2nd shift. This pivotal role ensures the seamless packaging and sorting of manufactured parts, directly contributing to the success of the production process. What You’ll Do:

Oversee the packaging of exported parts, preparing items for shipping with accuracy and care
Mark boxes with tracking information and apply labels to ensure proper logistics
Maintain keen attention to detail while managing multiple orders simultaneously
Pack parts manually and load/unload parts into magnetic sorting machines
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with feeder bowls and machinery
Complete routine preventive maintenance and necessary paperwork related to sorting equipment

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to read and write in English
2-5 years of manufacturing experience highly desired
Efficiently work in a fast-paced environment
Basic troubleshooting skills for machinery

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with sorting or packaging machinery
Knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures
Attention to safety protocols and quality standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience

Other Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift parts as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to work the 2nd shift schedule
