In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently stacking and packing products directly from the production line, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Your ability to lift 5-10 pounds repeatedly—up to 3,000 times per day—will be key to keeping pace with the line and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods. The position is temp-to-hire, offering a pathway to a permanent role based on performance. This position offers a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, with work hours from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Required Skills:

Ability to lift 5-10 pounds repeatedly, up to 3,000 times daily
Strong attention to detail for visual quality checks
Basic reading and writing skills for completing paperwork
Good communication skills for coordination with team members
Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow safety rules
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods

Nice to Have Skills:

Previous experience in production or assembly environments
Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment
Knowledge of quality inspection tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields preferred

Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for long shifts
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Willingness to follow all safety and safety training requirements
No specific certifications required, but safety training will be provided
