Outbound Loader – 3rd Shift

Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Outbound Loader on the 3rd shift, working overnight hours to ensure the timely and accurate loading of outbound trailers. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will play a key role in maintaining warehouse efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Schedule & Pay Rate:
Work the overnight shift from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM on the following days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Enjoy a competitive pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently load outbound trailers according to designated procedures and schedules.
Accurately scan and verify all items during the loading process, ensuring correctness and completeness.
Investigate and resolve any scanning discrepancies or issues promptly to minimize delays.
Perform thorough inspections of products and containers to identify signs of damage or tampering, documenting findings as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area through regular housekeeping duties to uphold safety and operational standards.
Follow all policies and procedures related to handling materials, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and transactional accuracy.
Participate actively in team meetings and workgroup activities aimed at continuous improvement, process optimization, and safety enhancement.

Qualifications:

Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if necessary).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot scanning issues effectively.
Reliability and punctuality to maintain shift consistency.
Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to adhere to safety standards and participate in ongoing training.
