Outbound Loader — 3rd Shift

Job Description:

Join our team as an Outbound Loader on the 3rd shift and play a vital role in ensuring our shipments are packed, scanned, and loaded accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for loading outbound trailers while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Schedule & Pay:

Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Shift Hours: 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently load outbound trailers according to company procedures.
Ensure all scanning processes are completed accurately and promptly to maintain inventory integrity.
Identify, investigate, and resolve any scanning discrepancies or issues that arise during the loading process.
Conduct visual inspections to detect signs of product or container damage and report any findings.
Perform housekeeping duties to keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Follow all policies, procedures, and safety protocols related to handling materials and logistics transactions.
Collaborate with team members in workgroup meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehouse operations.
Support inventory accuracy by adhering to proper handling and transactional procedures.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or loading preferred but not required.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment and scanners safely.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently during the overnight (3rd) shift hours.
