Dispatcher – Field Distribution

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused? Join our client's team as a Dispatcher in Field Distribution and play a vital role in ensuring smooth product deliveries and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the movement of products from the Distribution Center to customers, including scheduling the return of used equipment.
• Create efficient delivery routes and trip sheets, balancing workload and minimizing shipping costs.
• Update the delivery system accurately (approximately 40%) and manage Oracle updates and email notifications (10%).
• Prepare and print bills of lading, maintain shipping records, and ensure delivery data is current.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams, including pre-call notifications and delivery confirmations.
• Manage order statuses in Oracle, including run reports, close open orders, and confirm shipments on the day of delivery.
• Support various business channels and provide backup coverage for senior dispatchers when necessary.
• Coordinate with third-party carriers to set up stops and handle service calls.
• Maintain accurate ETAs and update delivery schedules to all relevant parties, including Marketplace partners.
• Handle documentation requests such as Certificates of Insurance and assist in resolving delivery issues.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle or similar delivery management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively.
