Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Elk Grove, IL.
Hours:  7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Description:
The Machine Operator plays a vital role in producing high-quality electrical components and assemblies by safely and efficiently operating manufacturing equipment. This position involves assembling electrical parts such as PCBs, cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies according to detailed work orders, diagrams, and supervisor instructions. The Machine Operator ensures all products meet strict quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role provides opportunities for skill development and career advancement within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment to assemble electrical parts like PCBs, cables, and assemblies following work instructions.
• Move parts and finished products between work areas and storage locations safely and efficiently.
• Check products regularly to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Help out at different workstations and with various tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Must have Machine Operator Experience
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Must be willing to submit to a background screen
