HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)
Auburn, ME
A commercial HVAC contractor in Auburn is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial heating and cooling systems across a variety of customer sites.
Responsibilities
• Service, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, boilers, chillers, and split systems
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system start-ups
• Identify issues, provide solutions, and communicate findings to customers and internal teams
• Complete service tickets, maintain documentation, and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
• 5+ years commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Valid EPA certification
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with customers
• Clean driving record and ability to travel locally to job sites
