Office Manager / Bookkeeper

HVAC/Plumbing Contractor

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to support daily operations for a growing HVAC and Plumbing contractor in Auburn. This role ensures the office runs smoothly while maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and administrative support
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Process payroll and maintain employee records
• Assist with job costing, purchase orders, and vendor management
• Maintain reporting, organize documentation, and support leadership with administrative tasks
• Provide customer service, answer calls, and coordinate with field staff

Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in office management or bookkeeping (construction, HVAC, or trades experience preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced contractor environment
