Masis Staffing is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our growing warehouse team in Lakeland, FL. If you have experience with Forklifts, Clamps, and Pallet Jacks, we encourage you to apply today.
Safely operate at least two types of warehouse equipment, including Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Electric Pallet Jack, or Clamp
Accurately pick orders and move inventory throughout the warehouse
Assist with manual loading and unloading when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Work independently while contributing effectively to a fast-paced team
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating stand-up forklifts and Clamp Forklift
Ability to operate at least two equipment types listed above
Previous warehouse experience; hot-environment experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks accurately
Flexibility to work 8–10 hour shifts and weekends when needed
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Weekly Pay
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday
