Production Associate – Injection Molding Department

Goodyear, AZ

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with with required overtime during the week and occasionally on Saturday’s based on business needs.
 

We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Associates to join our Injection Molding Department for a newly established evening shift. This role is essential in ensuring quality production and efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Comprehensive training will be provided during the day shift to set you up for success. 

Responsibilities of the Production Associate:

• Perform detailed production tasks with a strong focus on quality and precision.
• Operate machinery safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Take pride in your work by ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
• Maintain accountability for assigned responsibilities while supporting team objectives.
• Promptly report any issues or deviations to supervisors.

Qualifications of the Production Associate:

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines effectively.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated accountability and pride in producing high-quality work.
• HSD or GED Required

Compensation of the Production Associate:

• Temp Pay: 18.00/hour
• Upon Hire: $19.25/hour, and up to an additional $1.00/hour increase making it $22.25 per hour.
• Overtime & quarterly bonuses available
