A- Shift – 6:10am – 7:30pm
10-hr rotating schedule 
they will need to come in 30 minutes early and stay 30 minutes late to start and end the shift.

We are currently looking for Quality Team Lead, who will play crucial role in ensuring that the product meet the highest standards of quality and have strong leadership skills, who can manage and mentor a team to fill full-time positions for B – Shift at the Greer, SC.

Responsibility:

• As a Quality Team Lead you are responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to take accurate measurements.
• Quality Team Lead must have strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
• As a Quality Team Lead you need to have a excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate quality issues.

Requirement:
 

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods for time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow instructions and follow through with assigned tasks
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Quality Team Lead must be able to communicate procedures and instruct others in a clear and precise manner.
• Must have forklift experience
