Responsibility of the Front Desk Overnight Auditor :

Assigning and Blocking rooms in the system
Pre-blocking rooms
Fulfilling guests
Handing VIP groups
resolving room allocation issues to provide a seamless guest experience

Requirements for the Front Desk Overnight Auditor :

Assigns rooms based on guest preferences, special requests, and VIP status.
Manages hospitality programming, including room statuses, allocations, and out-of-order rooms.
Ensures room availability and prevents overbooking by blocking and managing room inventory
Computer skills are a MUST
