Masis Staffing is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Operators for our client, on the 1st shift. This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production, aligned with the industry’s highest standards. Responsibilities of the Operators:

• Adhere to all company safety and quality policies to maintain a safe production environment.
• Follow established ISO work instructions to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Perform assigned tasks using specified machinery and equipment within the designated time.
• Complete and monitor all required documentation for pulp operations.
• Maintain an organized work area, keeping materials readily available and adhering to 5S standards.
• Oversee and manage all functions of mechanical operations.
• Operate machinery and equipment per manufacturer guidelines to ensure safe and efficient production.

Requirements of the Operators:

• Prior experience in machine operation or a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and 5S principles.
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with equipment functions.

Compensation of the Operators:

$21 hourly 
5am to 5:30pm (rotating days – 2 days in, 2 days out)
