HVAC Service Sales Account Executive Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 per year base + commissions
Responsibilities: • Achieve annual sales targets • Identify, contact, and schedule appointments with prospective clients • Conduct sales interviews and assess customer needs • Identify decision-makers and buying criteria • Compile comparative mechanical equipment data and market trends • Estimate maintenance costs, labor, materials, and margins • Conduct on-site facility assessments • Prepare and write detailed proposals • Present proposals to clients • Follow up, track, and close sales opportunities • Build long-term client relationships • Prepare presentations and reports • Maintain accurate documentation and records

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) • Commercial HVAC Service Sales: 5 years (Required) • Preventive Maintenance: 5 years (Required)
Licenses: • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
