Sanitation 2nd Shift

Are you ready to play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean environment? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Sanitation Technicians on the 2nd shift. This position is vital for ensuring the production of Safe Quality Food (SQF) by adhering to all policies and standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities of the Sanitation 2nd Shift
Learn and perform all functions of the assigned position while following company rules and standards.
Work in a noisy, wet, and cold environment with an average temperature of 34°F.
Break down, clean, and sanitize all production equipment, then reassemble it.
Wash and sanitize processing equipment thoroughly.
Identify and report any issues affecting product quality or safety to a Sanitation Lead or Supervisor.
Clean production area floors and empty trash containers.
Complete sanitation logs and other related paperwork.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Sanitation 2nd Shift
Ability to work in a cold and wet environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Capability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
Good communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with the team.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Previous experience in a sanitation or similar role is a plus.
